Michelin PSS vs Conti CSC5

I've used csc5p 245/35R19 and PSS 255/35R19 and prefer the PSS. Stiffer sidewalls, Feels more responsive even on the thicker profile. Just the rubber compound feels stickier than the CSC5p and claimed thread wear better. I dare say that rolling resistance is higher, but perhaps its due to the thicker section.

I had consecutively used PSS and CSC 5 on my current ride and realized that PSS performed so much better anyhow.

I am now on PS3 and would go back to PSS probably the next round.

feedback on csc5 vs ps3?

I still prefer PS 3. This is my second set.

My wheels are 225/45/R17 and I pump 260 on all 4 wheels.

Road feedback and traction are much better in my opinion. Cornering seems better for these rubbers as CSC5 rubbers seem more soft.

If I remembered correctly, I paid around S$175 per pc. From Tire Track located in Yishun.

Some Michelin from P.I.,like my PSS from Leong Seng.

I feel Michelin is still superior to Continental.

Agreed,esp PSS,very good. [thumbsup]:D

I noticed that with PSS you don't lose grip so easily. I feel a lot more confident when cornering with PSS.

At that time, there was a promotion of around S$185 or S$190 (can't remembered clearly) and I told them that I need to change tires on the spot after my tyres went botak and were tearing in pieces from PG on the same day.

So it is around that range.
