SimonTan 2nd Gear June 8, 2012 Share June 8, 2012 Get a BMW. My friends BMW 3 series in Singapore, got the blower fan function. Standard from factory. Where you can programme the iDrive to turn on the air con blower fan to circulate the interior air. Say you knock off at 5pm. So you can programe the fan to run at 4:55pm to cool down the interior of the car before you approach the car. That is why BMW is so good, lots of unique and special features to make the driving so nice and comfortable.

Lovemyride 4th Gear June 8, 2012 Share June 8, 2012 I wind down a bit of the windows when parking under the hot sun too. Only do that for the front 2 windows. You cannot wind down so much that people can steal things and its ok if you park at hawker centre and go for lunch. The worse part is when you got to go for meetings etc. If it suddenly rains, you will have to excuse yourself to run out and wind up the windows! Xers007 Supercharged June 8, 2012 Share June 8, 2012 just by winding down both front windows 1 inch actually helps a bit so with this fan it should helps more but the interior will still be hot but not suffocating type...
Mkl22 Twincharged June 8, 2012 Share June 8, 2012 dont waste money on this useless thing. a couple of points. 1. Like the rest mentioned, the fan is too small to suck out the hot air. 2. it creates excessive wind noise when you drive and will drive you crazy. unless you take out and put back every time you park. Karoon Turbocharged June 8, 2012 Share June 8, 2012 i've considered it but after reading most reviews, decided against it. A few scientific experiments were done. None of them works effectively, temperature reduction is negligible.
