Budget is after all Budget but I think this does not give the airline carrier any excuses not to have any proper crisis management/communication. Any firm who does not improve will be left behind. People get sick of such excuses. This saga will pass n ppl will pat themselves on the back for flying cheap n still get to their destination.....until another major delay happens. Then kpkb why Scoot not like SQ. TR187, 17th Nov 2018 from Qingdao To Sg. Flight cancelled due to leaking fuel tank. All passengers deplane after 3 hours onboard and scoot just threw all passengers at different hotels with conflicting updates. (Eg they arranging for another plane to come in afternoon, or another plane on the following week etc) End up alot of passengers went to book their own tickets to fly out after getting fed up with the wait. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can you imagine if the plane take off and then half way found got fuel tank leaking? Better faster book my MIL for a once in a lifetime holiday. I have a useful tip for them. Check the plane and only if its ok then let people board the plane. If got problem don't let them on lah. Its so silly to board them then check got something wrong and then ask them to get off again.
