Hi All,

I lost my log card...... [bigcry][bigcry]

Anyone can advise what should I do ??

Log card no longer in use. I also lost my log card. When I trade in my car this June, the dealer just ask me to onemotoring using my singpass and print the eLog Card. So nothing to worry about.

BTW, what do you want to use your log card for ?

wow lau....people still think log card is in use? The car must be a 20 years old car.... [laugh] ....just go one motoring to print la!

The problem is that when accident at Malaysia and need tow car back sg, where got so free go find internet cafe to print out log card? Imagine accident at nshw and upon towing to jb, and because do not have log card, the car cannot tow across custom to sg side.

Didnt know that you need your log card for your car to cross at custom?! No wonder i heard some people will place a copy of their log card inside the car.

That is in case of accident at Malaysia. If no log card, car cannot be tow back to sg.

From what I understand is that log card contain chassis no. When car met accident at Malaysia, custom need to make sure that it is the correct car being towed back to sg and not any other car that does not match the car chassis number with respect to car plate no.

I had met car accident at Malaysia 2yrs plus ago and need to tow back to sg. Thus I know how the process go about

i think it is also a good habit for one who regularly drives into Malaysia to keep with him a photocopy of his i/c, driving licence and insurance certificate just in case the need arises.

i was involved in an accident in kelantan last year and those where the documents requested by the police.

Print it out from onemotoring (the one with your address printed) and keep it in the car (or keep in with you if you're afraid of divulging your residence if sway sway your car gets hijacked).
