Go home full blast aircon waste money somemore. Might as well go over lor like you. Time spend only mah.......i got lots of idle time on sats and suns anyway. At least if the next day thunderstorm also dont feel so bad. Benefit from the cheap petrol & car gets vacuum internally. my car 6 years old already, also lazy to wash. Maybe one to two times per month only. Each wash about 10mins, quickie

Hiphiphoray 6th Gear April 4, 2011 Share April 4, 2011 Mine is 5 1/2 years old. Seeing spore car washer or myself do half past six standard on it really breaks my heart. White car owners is a bit more fussy one. my car 6 years old already, also lazy to wash. Maybe one to two times per month only. Hiphiphoray 6th Gear April 4, 2011 Share April 4, 2011 Incidently i bot some magnum ice cream just last nite @ 7-11. 3 x magnum plus 2 small cups for my kids = $13.40/-. Didnt know ice cream can cost so much nowsadays. i've to agree with u that the savings for just purely pumping and come back out is not justified.. with all the time taken to drive there and back.. it is better off sitting at home watch TV.. penny wise pound foolish i guess.. then again, that's why i go in to do my routine of events.. i just love the MAGNUM ice-cream..
Philipkee Twincharged April 4, 2011 Share April 4, 2011 I pump about 30 litres plus to the brim when I go it with something resembling 3/4 tank. I know can pass because I have been through spot checks before.... So when i pump ron 95, almost 1 dollar a litre so i save about 30 dollars per trip. Add in toll i save about 25 dollars. I live in woodlands so not a difficult thing for me to go jb and pump

JB 1 litre S$1.14 (Need to pump RON 97) Singapore RON 98 $2.14 before discount (I got 15% off direct from esso add 5% dividend discount, so it's about S$1.712/l + reward points) Difference is only S$0.572/l 30litres = $17.16 saving (havent add toll and the rest)
Philipkee Twincharged April 4, 2011 Share April 4, 2011 i go late at night and pump ron 95 hahahaha so about $0.85 a litre at most so i roughly put it as one dollar a litre savings cos roughly $1.85 a litre for petrol in sing

Hiphiphoray 6th Gear April 4, 2011 Share April 4, 2011 (edited) For the adventurous ones can try pump RM1.90. Save a whopping $2.10-$0.80 = $1.30/l. Jbee so big & so many ulu petrol stations all over the place....sure got a pump attedant allow one. Of course with a bit of under table money rah. Last i heard, the rate is RM10. Just do a quickie pump. Pass the payment $ plus the tip to the attendant and disappear like ghost. 5 mins chop-chop and its done. Dont ask me how and why i know this har.
