Got this craving for pork chop with apple sauce can anyone kindly recommend where can I pork chop with apple sauce. Been on a goose hunt for this, please help

erm.... shouldn't you hunt for pig since is pork chop.... you hunt goose confirm cannot find lar [:p]

Wa lau my teacher no teach can change the animal. Anyway Sg also very hard find goose! roast goose rice is roast duck rice

Haha is pork chop but the sauce is apple sauce that all.

 

Pork chop is the most difficult to cook IMO not like steak, pork usually is dry and hard

Come to think of it, we've got steak places, ribs places, chicken places but yet to come across any restaurant specialising in western pork or lamb chops.

 

There seem to be some Jap places with Kurobuta pork but don't think they do it in western style.

Pork chop even hainan style also very shiok. With their tomato sauce. That is fried pork cutlet. Very hard to find too!
