New Sports Hub Name

what do you think it should be named? simply Sports Hub ?

Probably Singapore Sports Hub, but first must spend a million or two on consultants, studies or maybe even naming contests before they can settle on that name.

 

Five minutes after it's named it will be known as "Spor'hap".

 

If you take taxi there the uncle won't understand where until you tell him "Kallang Stadium"

Guys it's not just going to be a fancy stadium, there will also be other buildings (aquatic centre, mutlipurpose arena etc) thus the Hub designation. Of course in true singapore style, there will be lots and lots of retail/f&b space.

Rename it should have a "kallang" word in it, since it is associated with it and all other building around it has this word, eg. Kallang Indoor Statdium, Kallang Lesiure Park, etc.

i THINK that to get the naming rights for the hub is exclusive of the national stadium itself. Which as a shareholder of OCBC, i think is dam bo hua
