A good topic to think abt. when you retire, what car will you stil be driving? Or you go public?

go public and watch mei mei......

retired so much time.... need to reach destination so fast for what?

its the journey... not the destination.

Bets solution is to do both,

Get a 2 seater and go public at the same time,

Go Public to know more ppl and see more Girlsssssss :D :D :D

Drive ur 2 seater when u feel like and to pick up the girls (2 Seater means won't have light bulb following around)

Kill 2 bird with one stone... [:p] Ehhhhh also get a easy maintenance 2 seater lol,

Ideally a Renualt Kangoo is just fine from point 'A' to point 'B'..... [drivingcar] , at times can earn extra income just by send/delivering hampers or flowers to past time... [:)]

Retired leow, no need to chiong anywhere ... -_-

Why not get a taxi license, drive limo cab, E class or Chrysler300? As long as earn enough to cover daily cab rental, petrol, etc, the rest of the day it becomes my private transport :D

RadX if you're just looking for fuss free maintenance and somewhat boring driving characteristics i think the typical Jap 2.0L cars would suit i.e. Camry, Teana, Accord. Step on gas and go.

And if you feeling bored just get a OPC (I know.. its a taboo topic for you haha) Miata MX-5 for the weekends when your spine and arthritis isn't working up.

[laugh]

Too bad they don't have Rovers here any more. That's your typical retiree car.

Yes, parts bin cars for body-parts bin (organs) people. :D

This is in fact a very important issue to ponder as we get older. My 75 yr-old father who has been driving honda accord for the past forty odd years recently asked me to buy him a smaller car as he finds it increasingly more difficult to manoeuvre the accord. He dislikes jazz and prefers honda city. Am thinking of tempting him with vezel when kah motor brings in this model next yr. A continental two door hatchback is indeed ideal for oldfolks as far as size and safety is concerned.
