Dashboard Paint or Sticker?

just bought a 2nd hand car and the interior like the side panels and dashboard got scratches...have seen on TV recently people do up interior of car now as COE price is high and saw the dashboard like red colour...i wonder whether is it sticker or paint? feel like doing up also so that it don't look so ugly....

can go for wrapping...fabric or leather either one.

I would go for stickers. Easier to place and replace. :)
