Interesting points to note:

- Proton are not in the list. Zero registrations [laugh]

- What is B.M.A???

- I wonder what models Mitsubishi sold since it's half dead already. Probably all are Evos.

- I guess the bulk of Toyota sales go to Lexus. So many new Lexuses on the road recently

- Saab is dead but still managed 4 units for Jan. Impressive

Looks like Mercedes will be number.1 this year?

Toyota better start to worry being no.4, out of top 3 position.

KIA, Honda, Nissan, Subaru...........seems to be in a shaky position.

The middle class will struggle to buy new cars in this COE climate. As for the rich ones, I don't think they give a damn about 90K COE.

KIA don't have any new models, Honda's new Civic is hideous, Nissan's Note and Almera don't have the appeal and Subaru? What a hideous Impreza. [laugh]

No more Evos already leh. Should be ASX or Lancer ba.

KIA don't have any new models

Got la. New Sorento. Also will have new Forte coming out soon.

BMW a bit quiet this year. Even the 316i also not much publicity.

You have brought up very good points but unfortunately I only can answer 1:

Mitsubshi I believe sold Lancers.

If not mistaken it was sold at around $120k+, a fair price bearing in mind COE is at@$90k.

Lancers whilst not exactly powerful nor economical, does a decent job esp if you want

basic transportation from Point A to Point B.

Mitsubishi Singapore web still have Evo X leh?

The new Sorento probably too pricey for middle class to stomach. Rich ones won't consider kimchi cars at all. K3 will probably be here only in Q3. It was launched officially only in Q4 2012. Even so, I don't foresee K3 to move much sales unless the COE drops.

As for BMW, I've seen quite a few 1 and 3 series. I think they don't need publicity to move the cars.

From their website right now, they only have the Lancer EX in 1.6L (A).

Pretty crappy specs if you ask me.

4 speed auto, and front disc/rear drum set up. OMG.. [laugh]

Thanks for reminding me about the CRV. The new CRV is quite nice and imposing I have to say.
