juz wondering whether anyone knows if aftermarket insulation can help reduce the noise by a lot?....i havent tried b4, but heard a fren mention it....anyone did such insulation b4?

honestly all those after market sound pads only add weights hardly improve insulation. Our ears are located next to the car windows of which you get for wat you pay for...normal thickness glass for BnB cars & premium cars get double glazed thick glass .

If you are looking for a modest car, you can try Cruze. Have been driving for about a year. Very quiet, especially cruising along NSE at high speeds.

Anyway, I doubt anyone has driven so many cars to make recommendation, so best is to look for car magazines to find out.
