Getting hit on undercarriage when going over hump

recently whenever I am going over a hump, esp with people in the back seat, the undercarriage would be hit.

seems that the suspension or shock absorbers is too soft. I have replaced all four shock absorbers but problem still around.

should I change the spring/suspension so that the car is not so bouncy? btw, I am driving a 2007 Camry 2.4

did you change the shock absorbers to original model ?

if yes, probably the spring has sagged, so you may need to change the spring.

Unless you lowered your car that should not happen whether got full load of people and cargo or not. So if you did not lower your car then maybe time for you to replace your suspension.

Replaced the shock absorbers with stock models and did nothing to lower car. I guess the suspension springs needs to be replaced. Thanks for all the advice.

Stock camry is already very soft. After driving for a while, it get too soft and you will have this problem.

Mine started having this issue after about 40-50k km. It doesn't happen at every hump, but just some of the higher humps, especially some at mscp or the one at the ex-budget terminal.

no changes to wheel size or any other alterations. I guess it's the stock suspension that is going even softer after all the mileage.

anyone know of a good workshop to get the suspension coil replaced?? Thanks.

Maybe u overload e rear?

Or get yr rear passengers to go on a diet.

Another reason is u go over e humps too fast.

Go slow over e humps lah. Ty r there to make u slow down.
