People pay 1m+ for a supercar where the average commuting speed off expressways is mid-20s.

Saw a Cipollini bike last night on my group ride. That is something US$18k+. But amazing carbon work on the frame, and the rider actually puts in lots of miles each week.

I lost track of all this, I'm into Bicycle only when I work in a bike shop while studying in Melbourne, I'm still riding my Capo [;)]

Been getting bit ridiculous with the development. Electronic gear change is the latest thing.

But will be watching Paris Roubaix this Sunday night. Now that is one crazy race!

Electronic gears??? Is it on our shore yet? Quite interesting.

Paris Roubaix.... Butt killer, have you try riding a roadie on cobblestones? I tried a few times when I follow a group of crazy riders in Melbourne, what ever not secure on the bike will be gone, and seriously it's a bike killer..........

Electronic gears on a few bikes in 2009, now the high end bikes all have a choice of electronic or mechanical. Just got to make sure the batteries are charged otherwise you have an expensive fixie.

Haven't done cobblestones on a roadie.
