Ruzmidah 2nd Gear April 27, 2013 Share April 27, 2013 I suspect ur wheel bearing (probably rear wheels) are worn out. Can buy parts from stockist (i usually get from Thian Seng at Waterloo St) and ask a workshop to fix. U can ask the guy at Thian Seng for recommendations. Civic2000 Supercharged April 27, 2013 Share April 27, 2013 Most probably is bearing problems that caused the humming noise. I had the same problem with my FD2 which is also 7 years old. The replacement of RL Wheel bearing at KM cost $171.78. I did it together with the routine serving at KM, so I was charged another $170 for the labour. Fivegear Clutched April 27, 2013 Author Share April 27, 2013 From the youtube videos on Wheel bearing noises, mine definitely sounds like one. Should wheel bearing replacement be done preferably with the agent KM or outside workshop will do? ↡ Advertisement
