Arrived with so much promise and he was head and shoulder above those within his age group in the Liverpool Reserves. He made his first team debut under Rafa in Dec 2009 but didnt really manage to develop as Rafa left that following summer. His most crucial years of development was sadly under the like of Woy and KD who did not really need him in the team. He was then send on loan to teams without much consideration, hampering further his development. Loan spells for youngsters might not necessary a good thing if no due consideration is put in to select the team to send him out on loan to. If they are unable to play him the way you would like to develop him, might as well do not loan him, that of course is for young players the manager want to hold on. Pacheco under Woy and KD, was not in that category. Those years were wasted totally and currently, we have Sterling and Ibe who are now as good or better than him and younger.
