Turbocharged

Defense Minister Kao Hao-chu apologized Monday night for the death of Hung Chung-chiu on July 3 and offered to step down.

Will our Defence Minister, CDF and Chief of Army resign if such thing happen here?

hmmm.... i think they won't even apologize -_-

Acheree, I think in the case of the Taiwan soldier's death due to excessive punishment, there is no need for the defense minister to resign la. I am sure there are many unreported cases over there as well.

How about the local murders ( by cop )....Home Affairs Minister resign ?

he will say

"in my farm, there are 1000 sheeps.

1 black one out of 1000, its only 0.1%

you should promote me and give me a bonus for keeping that ratio that low."
