I think the frozen whole fruit are going in via HKG? saw a farm in Raub that specialises in this.

Lots of PRC tourists are waking up and travelling to Bentong/Raub for fresh MSW during the season. And Penang too.

On a recent trip to Penang, I saw a van unload 10 or so Rimowa large luggage cases to be filled with packed durian and brought to Indo. The buyers were an elderly couple. Probably gifts for family/friends/biz associates.

BTW i'm heading to Bentong/Raub again in two weeks [bounce2]

Hearsay it is NOT legal to export to HKG whole fruit.

HK trial is importer of MSW.

I was told mainland china doesn't allow whole fruit. HKG is the only legal gateway.  But anyhow, good to keep some restrictions there. If opened to whole PRC, I think we don't need to eat durian liao

From 2019, nitrogen whole fruit will be exported to PRC directly.

Want to eat, better go & buy quickly.

Spike durian posted all durian sold out even before they post the price.

When I left a comment that is not transparent on the pricing, my post was removed by them. Look like they killed one customer already. Maybe business too good for them, they don't care.

I agreed that 128 service not as good compared to when they just start up. During July season already felt their poorer service.
