My KIA is due for 100K maintenance service soon.

 

Could the forumers help by recommending a good and reliable Service Shop for me to do my maintenance? Cost effectiveness will be a bonus :)

Try harmony motors, AMK or Jurong price is not very attractive though

 

been servicing with them since my first KIA and now Hyundai

AMK branch not sure. But Kaki Bukit branch, the lead mechanics Ah Meng is good.

Will having my 100k mainenance done at Sim Lane be better? Will Sim Lane cut corners or will they skip certain test that is typically done at 100K?

 

What are the test that i must insist on them testing?

If you have changed your timing belt and water pump at 80K km, there is really nothing much to change except normal engine oil servicing. Maybe check your ATF, Brake fluid and PSF.
