Knoobie Supercharged September 16, 2013 Share September 16, 2013 while Singapura was still a fishing village for god knows how long... this ang mo is the one that came and thinks that it is a brilliant place to be a trade hub... as it is in the middle of the map... Singapore without natural resources wouldn't have been so successful without that idea of being a trade hub ma.. yes I do agree the british are just plain cowards to run off during WW2 but this stamford raffles did played a significant role in changing the history of Singapore. I just feel unethical for awarding the "founding of Singapore" title to LKY even thou he developed the country well. am i being too patriotic??
