Hi Bro ... It's more like a treatment to ensure the engine working at high efficiency and with Nano Protection. One of the treatment item is mend for flushing purpose but not full total mechanism flush (achievable with machines) which is not advisable.

 

Even for staff and bosses of DM, we used the 3 in 1 for our cars.
