I only see a white Estima followed by a Latio, though the sequence seems to show the Latio as offender than Estima. Both license plates can be seen though not very clearly. Anyway, judging from the sequence and impact from the video, it seems the rider was forced onto central divider, when bike hit the cam car on the side and rider was thrown off and landed under the van. During impact, spare helmet flew out, Estima in view of back cam. After impact, rider landed on ground, Latio appeared in view. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Apparently the driver wanted to avoid the left turning lorry and switched lane without checking blind spot, he may / maybe not hit the motorcyclist, but he action was enough to cause the motorcyclist landed hard on the road.
