What kind of air re freshener have you tried to put in your car?

I have tried. . .

Does smell good. Value for money.

Smell too strong, and block my air-con vent. Don't really like.

Best fragrances ever. Like the smell. But have to change every few days. Park in open-space, so leave dries up very fast.

Bought this during the petexpo2014, after 2 days no more smell alrd. But still in my car for keepsake purpose.

Anyone have better or more powerful air refreshener to share????

I using this for a long time. All who took a ride in my car like it.

The only thing is it doesn't last.

Supercharged

I used to use the Glade yellow one that looks bottle looks a bit like a shape of lemon..

Very fast dry up.. but smells good..

noticed that sometimes if you use such air refreshner and park under hot sun for some time, when you start engine the aircon got one foul smell..

now I stop using air refreshner and all is good..

Hypersonic

Thirsty Hippo.

Mold needs moisture to grow.

Thirsty Hippo removes moisture.

dont use freshener. it will only musk away the bad smell. use ioniser. !

I agree. I had tried all kinds of fragrances and at the end of the day, I find that ionizer is the best especially when you are on long journey and the ions that emits out keeps my mind awake.

Using fragrances will shorten your aircon condenser lifespan.

sun is the best freshener. Drives the moisture out from car, sanitize your car naturally. What more do you want?

I tend to park under the sun at my workplace, which would be a better option for me?

make sure you evacuate thirsty hippo once the water level rises. Otherwise, water goes back to the cabin via evaporation. We used to put it in cabinets, but given up 'cos it causes molds to form faster.

put two lemons inside car. Natural, but this is expensive freshener.

Supersonic

I don't put artificial volatile chemical as air freshener.

The trick is to keep the cooling coil area dry, so that molds and bacteria don't grow.

When I feel like a good smell, I just spray the vents with eucalyptus oil.

one tip to prevent foul smell is to switch off aircon, but let the fan blows out balance air before reaching your destination. But, many don't bother...... They prefer to kpkb when there's foul sourish smell coming out in the morning.

Just make sure the spray is not aerosol type 'cos it contains mostly LPG gas with 2g of fragrance only.
