Neutral Newbie

I drive an Axio and truthfully like most Toyota cars, it is reliable, easy to handle and quite fuel efficient. (Full tank around 600+km)

If you service the CVT gearbox regularly like changing the CVT oil, then it shouldn't pose any problem.

The transition to higher speed is smooth and frankly, I don't have much complains about the car.

with a tank of just 42l, and let's say 600km, that works out to 14.3km/l

manufacturer claims 20km/l. the real figure would be somewhere in between? which is still quite good.

When I got my Axio, I was already informed that the car was well known for its fuel efficiency. I think for my job when I have to run around quite a lot, fuel efficiency is the most important. Korean cars have been popular with their improvement in design but becoz I work for Jap company and my personal preference for jap products... Korean cars does not interest me now...

It's subjective.

I would say based on looks. The new altis looks better than K3 or elantra.

we don't hate korean cars. We are just saying no one should be looking at vios at all, if it's same price or more expensive than korean.

normal foot. axio is definitely 14-15km/L due to cvt transmission and weight.
