Volkswagen workshops for repair bodyworks

hi all, my friend's tourag right fender got seriuos damaged and need to replace, need to ask if there are any workshops (other than AD) that can reapir? the part of right fender got a piece of surface ripped off, most likely got to replace....help please thank you.

There is Continental Klass at Kaki Bukit.

 

They are not cheap but their workmanship is good.

 

They also sell original bodykit or repair original bodywork.

Any good Volkswagen workshop to recommend for general maintenance and repairs?  I recently had an air-con issue with my Golf and the workshop charged $800 to replace the air-con and engine fan motors. He said volkswagen generic parts are the most expensive. I am not sure if it's true but i regret not going to a workshop specialized in European cars.  A good workshop will probably replace just the part that is broken instead of the whole set, saving me a lot of $$.  Any recommendation?
