Car propped up on bricks at Jurong carpark

Stomper Samuel saw this silver sedan with its wheels missing in a carpark at Blk 990, Jurong West St 93 earlier this morning.

It is unclear why the vehicle, kept up by bricks, has no wheels, but the Stomper suspects foul play.

He wrote:

"Wheels been stolen or...."
