Just sharing my experience on a broker i used for last 2 years as i found her to be very good in finding low quotes (not sure about claiming cos i never tried claiming...)

Eg:

renewing my insurance and most quotes came in at $1,200 - $1,600 (cos previously i had a small accident)

She got me china taiping at $900

Now, i am looking for quotes for another car,

NTUC, DA, Avivia quoted me $1,600 to ,$2,400

She got me AXA at $1,200

Very responsive service, gets back to me with quotes in less than half a day  [thumbsup]

PM me if you would like her contact

How to approach them on motor insurance? Their website doesn't allow quotation.

Income BEST.  Free Ride home in Comfort Taxi when accident.  Step by Step instruction on How to Move On.  Free NCD protection after 2 years renewal.  The best is their Orange Force.

Paid $780 for my Kia Carens CUV this year. Hardly paid above 1K all these years. Only once in 2009/10 ...... 1035.

Oh yeah, one thing, is your car 7 or about 7 year old ? If yes, and never insure with them before, they will not want to do your business.

Setting high premium means don't want to insure you lor ....... this is how I interpret .....

Neutral Newbie

If I'm a named driver in the insurance for my sister's car, can I :

1/ continue the same insurance policy along with the NCD when I transfer the car to my name?

2/ get a new insurance policy with the same insurer and carry over the NCD?

3/ get a new insurance policy with a different insurer and carry over the NCD?

1. You cannot continue with the same insurance as it needs to be in your name.

2. You need to apply to the insurer to transfer the NCB over to your name, most will not allow.

3. Same as above.

My friend is doing car insurance, you show him your insurance quote and he will match it with a lower price. you

can contact him at 87991079 - samuel. tell him Thomas recommended you.
