Cantonese should like 13. I like 13! Use it a reason to knock off a few K!

PS. Everyone is having the view property is going down, why do you want to buy now?

Cantonese also like 4.

P.S if no one buying property now we would face a property crash already.

13 is a ang mo thing. Cantonese will love it. if you go HK, most of the lifts don't have 14.

14= sure die.

13= sure live.

4 in canto sounds like "hei" = happy but can also sound like "say"= die.

4 is quite grey in Cantonese. can be happy or die. really depend how that person interpret it.

but once add a 1 infront of the 4 is a big no no.

We still see different races staying in blk 13, or level 13.

Don't think there is any "ban tang" on this.

If the unit is good, cheap and affordable, grab it :)

When I was bidding for my BTO, this discussion came up with my gf. If given the choice we rather avoid it, go for either level 12 or 11. Buying a house is more or less a permanent thing, better to be pan tang than sorry.

Lagi better if the unit number is 14 ....

#13-14 aka 'Yat San Yat Sai - living together forever' ... [smash]
