Anybody taking Chia Seeds here? Looks like this is the most "in" superfood now.

I'm quite attracted too it, as generally it's tasteless, and require little preparation. Just like to hear if anyone has been taking, and how well it has helped, and what you eat with

So the effect for you is better bowel movement? The main nutrient from this is fibre, and omega-3. so maybe you are seeing the effects of fibre. But they warn cannot overeat also, will LS if eat too much.

Maybe black sesame seed is better, but people with high blood pressure cannot take.

Chia seeds have a lot of benefits. Good for everyone. Just add to fruit juice or other drinks will do. Do not really need to prepare.
