check your car manual.

Honda CVT change is every 40k km, i think. So Nissan shld be ard there too.

How much to change? normal labour is $15-$20, not sure abt the cost of the Nissan CVT oil.

If u scare, change now. Its small $$, compared to waiting for yr gearbox failing.

Donut is right about 40k km for honda.

i change the CVTF in my honda CVT gearbox every 20k km although the manual says its 40k km. There are 2 kinds of honda cvtf - 1 is cvtf, the other is hmmf, which is more expensive. i use cvtf, about $60 for 4 quartz if i remember correctly. with labour probably $40

Good for ya [thumbsup]

The CVT/ATF oci for Jippun & I believe also Kimchi is based on going at 60kmh in top ratio/gear at a constant continuous speed.

Under Sinky hot/humid/start-stop conditions, best to half it. Based on what u quoted, its but $100/year for the average local driver's mileage.

For my old CVT ride, I changed my ATF or transmission fluid at 30k km mileage.

My gearbox was still going strong at 175,000 km when I sold my ride.
