My phone is facing this problem of insufficient memory storage for apps updates. What can i do? delete other apps? delete pictures? Anything else i can do? I attached my memory status for reference ↡ Advertisement

Sabian Turbocharged June 9, 2014 Share June 9, 2014 2GB internal memory+4GB SD card for external memory??? I would not wish this upon my hated enemy... Advice is to toss the the phone. Apps nowadays take up quite a fair bit of storage space. Your phone is probably not on Android Kit Kat, so you can still store songs/ prawn videos/ nekkid photos on the SD card. But apps still, unfortunately, stay on your internal storage. Do you know what is the max SD card storage your phone will support? 32GB? get a bigger memory card and install your apps to memory card bro ;) Don't think his phone is on Kit Kat. Jellybean doesn't support apps on SD card? Unless he roots his phone? Then again apps on SD card a little slower.

I attached my memory status for reference Hi Donut, You need to clean your phone's cache memory once in a while. Go to Android App store to download Cache Cleaner App that helps you remove unwanted data files etc. if you have not done this before, I think you could clean as much as 500MB of data maybe more. also, for Apps that you don't use anymore, uninstall them, or Disable them and when you need, Enable them. Delete any unnecessary Photos of XMM etc etc also... For any Apps that allow you to use SD Card Storage, please do so. And finally, your SD card of 4GB must be replaced by at least 8GB. Alpha78 6th Gear June 9, 2014 Share June 9, 2014 think that the RAM. iphone RAM oni 1G. http://www.gizmag.com/2013-smartphone-comparison-guide/29878/ Sir, technology not your expertise lah. Stick to your corpses. The phone is confirmed an Android not iPhone. Also, RAM is shown separately on the other tab. The "System Storage" should be the application memory area. I hazard a guess, it should be Android 2.3 max. Android 4 onwards the phone memory also shows up as "SD card", and external real SD card shows up as "External SD card". ↡ Advertisement
