Since about 10am this morning, customers have complained about being unable to make outgoing calls. "The intermittent 3G outgoing voice call issue, which temporarily affected some customers in certain western and central areas, is being progressively restored," StarHub said in a statement. Many customers complained about the inconvenience on the company's Facebook page. StarHub customer Mahesh A Mahesh, 45, was one of them. He tried to make an outgoing call at 10am this morning but was unable to do so. "I tried to reset my iPhone a few times and also tried to place calls from my other Starhub phone. If they are not happy please just cut the salary of the top management. As a customer I cannot afford to keep paying for all these fines when the management that is responsible for the mess and taking their normal salary and bonuses. If the authorities find out they will fine the company and its and her and me and all the other SH customers that will be footing the fines. Dear SH, its an honest mistake, I as a customer forgive you and request the authorities that be, please please please do not fine SH. I really cannot afford to keep paying the fines. Sp4wn Turbocharged June 10, 2014 Share June 10, 2014 How about 4G? 4G only data seems to be working ... i think. colleague's whatsapp was working but couldnt call out or receive calls. poor bugger tried everything ... restart/remove sim card etc ... @jamesc unfortunately cant praise you (again since just praised you today). Its really ok, no need to help improve them. I really cannot afford to have better services and smoother network. Everytime I help the word - "we want to help" I know I will be giving up more money. Please no need to be so helpful. I get enough help, I can help myself and I don't want any more help. Thank you for thinking of helping, I would rather keep the little money I have to myself.
