Which major Conti AD has the best overall service

Since there has been a lot of discussion on this... thought of taking a poll. Sorry if I have missed out your favourite Conti AD but can't possibly name them all . Also, maybe someone should start a worst service poll !

Some have a few brands under them, like wearnes and cnc

It's fine if u driving the top brand in their portfolio as the bread n butter brands below are partially sponsoring u

 

If u drive those middle tier brands or bottom brands under them, don't put your expectations like u driving a jag or a s class

is lexus part of the conti brand? if so, then it will win easily hands down...

 

if not, then from personal experience, volvo/wearnes..

 

dont expect to have same treatment as someone driving s class if u drive an a class...

 

also, aftersales service is never main priority when thinking which car to buy

Think lexus the best but again its not conti. Merc fares better than bmw.

This question like quite errmmm... Flawed... Unless a person has got cars of all makes from conti cars, how is the person gonna tell you which is best? It will be purely based on a single or a few experiences from selected brands...

Between the big boys - wearnes (volvo) vs C&C (merc), i can personally confirm that wearnes wins hands & legs down.

I have driven lexus/bmw/audi/Volvo. I agreed audi is still the best from conti.

Euroautomobil gets my vote... Have an Alfa and a skoda.. Really friendly service advisors and pricing not too bad

errmmm.... don't have to own all to comment... You will be surprise how many folks here would have at least owned 2 or more Conti brands over the years to comment .

I used to own a Volvo with Wearnes and amongst the many brands they carry, I would imagine Volvo is mid range? But I will give them full marks for their service even though I am not driving a Bugatti or Mac from them (compared to many other Conti ADs I had / have experience with).

Ppl own car at least a couple of years. A couple of years the AD can have a lot of changes. For some the AD might have change hands.If I drove brand X cars 10 years ago and give my comments now it would be history liao. To me no point asking coz many ppl dun go back to AD to service their cars partly becoz of some of their high pricing. For experienced car owners who know what's wrong with their cars they will know who to go to to get it fixed.

 

Ppl will only be concern that their car get fixed in the shortest time possible at a reasonable rate. That itself is a good service. If you are talking about how the staff treat you and serve you coffee, I'm not too concern with that.

How can TS leave out marques like Aston Martin, Lamborghini and McLaren? They each definitely sold more cars the 8 that Skoda sold last year
