There are some (or maybe alot) "talent" expats stingy like scorpion but carries an air of superiority as if they are. Saw a hitch booking by an ang mo who teaches ang mo language in a non-ang mo international school and stated: no additional pick up and drop off. He stated clearly what he wants. Driver can choose to accept or not. What's not ok is if he didn't state then start to kpkb when he sees someone else inside later. The other day I park at Millenia Walk for IT show, think I was there for 4 -5 hours, my car park was $19.20. bro, you can check the vicinity for the cheapest parking before heading there... i think Suntec is cheaper...
