...its a norm there ... if in singapore...most of the time they're FT drivers....

No, most of the time are people with night blindness.

That day I just screw some guy up.

He had highbeam all the way, I undertake him as he was hogging.

Then normally I ignore and go my way but then he starts to speed up and tailgate me.

I turned on rear fog lights in protest.

With kids in the car, I move to lane 2.

He switch to lane 2 too.

Filter out to small road, I switch back to lane 1 and he follow suit.

At the traffic lights, he pulled behind me.

I got off and ask him nicely whether did you highbeam?

He said yes.

Then I ask him why do you do so?

He never answer and started to off his headlights completely.

I then got back to my car and go my way.

Afterwards, he drive normally.

Sometimes really don't understand these people at all.

Then those who anyhow horn, how? Blast car horn sound thru mp3 player via headphone for 5 mins?

And taxi with only one headlight on high beam, get 2.5 mins of staring?

A more exteme version tiagong was done in the 80s-90s.

Moto Siao caught with tong pipe 2 strokers.......they gat made to squat behind their bike's pipe while the cops twist the throttle... and ask the moto siao....song bo?!

I don't really see anyone anyhow highbeam, maybe forgot that high beam is on. But those ppl that mod their lights into HID and don't bother to level it correctly should be punished this way.

I cant change other's habbits. So I tweak my rear windscreen accordingly.

Supercharged

prolonged starring into a bright light may damage the eyes (retina) permanently

a very expensive and permanent price to pay for breaking the law

in USA, surely the TP would be sued until pants drop

In the US, the cops will pull you over for high beam..............

In us, they pull you over blown taillights, first world standard of road safety.

In Singapore, all taillight blown & got into accident, also rear vehicle's fault.

First world country also.
