as long as 1 room can put 1 bed, consider 1 bedroom right?

Is there any governing rule/law on the size and shape of bedroom?

This size is not qualified to be a Penthouse lar ... And 1259 sqft for 5 Bedrooms ... 😂

This is a Joke right?

on the flipside ... if you are not heng ... your floor is united nation with PRC, Pinoy, Angmoh, etc

If you heng, your neighbors are all wealthy foreign investors - buy and never rent out . You literally occupied the entire floor to yourself. Seems more common these days.

Thought those investors will buy and rent out? How could they buy and left it vacant?

Renting out is not always a good thing ... Sometimes the tenant abuse the place ... & it can be costly to renovate the place again ... If you don't need the money, keeping it empty is better ... [nod]

Tampines EC penthouse to sell at $2m

The $2m price tag of a 'presidential suite' penthouse apartment in Tampines has caused much debate as netizens question whether the price is justified. -AsiaOne

THE monster 4,349 sq ft "presidential suite" at an executive condominium (EC) project in Tampines will be the first EC unit to eclipse the $2 million mark if sold at its launch this weekend.

The Straits Times understands that the penthouse unit at 514-unit CityLife @ Tampines, which comes with a roof terrace of about 1,600 sq ft, will be priced at about $2.05 million - or $470 per sq ft (psf).

The unit price rises to $744 psf if only liveable space is counted.

If sold, the overall price will set a new record for an EC - the latest in a string of sky-high prices that have raised eyebrows and led to a raging debate on whether buyers of such expensive ECs should be entitled to Housing Board grants.

yup. If I have truckload of money, I won't bother to rent out too. Dealing with people is the most headache part.
