agree, not only Staurday, Orchard Road should be everyday closed for vehicles,

because Singaporean driving style very arrogant, they never willing to give way to pedestrinns,

many countries have walking Street in their cities, Singapore why don't have?

Talk somemore about pedestrian street, Orchard Road User Association will protest.

Honestly, we might have world-class hardware, but we might also have PRC mannerism.

first closure happened last night,

according to papers, didn't turn out well.

pedestrians were squeezed out of the roads in some instance,

because of crazy idea of having tennis clinics there.

imagine 2 players playing tennis on orchard road deprives how many visitors of how much space.

OBA, don't need a MBA to figure out, please rethink

Was heading there last night along Steven Road. Gave up and turned off at Balmoral thanks to the traffic jam. What another GREAT idea to create move jams....

If you drive, stay far far on such days.

Went there last night, nothing fantastic. Fresh idea of playing tennis on the road. However, the space for human to walk is too little. Miniature tennis court like so fake. Get 2 models to demo playing tennis. Stand there "ee,ah, ee,hor". Doesnt look like maria sharpova at all. Inly take away is got WTA tickets for my gf.
