【本報訊】旺角劏房肢解案，涉殺死12歲女兒並將屍體肢解的37歲姓曹被捕女子，昨被警方落案控以一項謀殺罪，今將到西九龍裁判法院提訊，因疑兇被捕後一直神志不清，暫未適宜錄取口供，但有消息指警方初步相信女童是先被人用菜刀斬殺，屍體再被肢解，頭顱被斬下，臉皮幾乎被割去扯走，血肉模糊，五官無法辨認。

慘遭殺害的女童何美洁，警已聯絡其四川生父到港認屍並協助調查。消息稱，警方在兇案現場撿走的12袋人體殘肢，共數十件，初步併合殘肢呈人形，欠少量殘肢及內臟。法醫昨剖驗美洁殘缺屍體，未能確定死因，有待進一步化驗；重案組探員昨午在殮房協助法醫剖驗後，撿走兩袋相信是美洁的組織及血液樣本等證物，其中包括由女童10隻手指和10隻腳趾印下的「指模」。

 
街坊害怕：唔夠膽出門

美洁與曹姓母親同住旺角廣東道1180至1182號萬福樓一個面積約60方呎劏房，警方前晚將該「一劏三」劏房單位解封，但另兩伙劏房住客疑害怕一直沒返住所。探員昨午再到萬福樓及附近店舖調查，翻看店內閉路電視片段，看有否拍攝到遇害女童與其兇嫌母親的行蹤。住在兇案單位對面的女街坊指雖不認識死者，事發當日也不在家，但都感害怕，「噚晚好驚，瞓得唔好」，甚至「唔夠膽出門，睇到樓梯就驚」。
案發於周日（17日）晚上9時，曹婦向女鄰居借手機，稱手機被監控及屋內爆水喉，要找其內地丈夫維修，但她借電話後卻不歸還並反鎖屋內，女鄰居告知丈夫報警。警方到場破門入屋發現美洁被殺害及肢解，殘肢棄於企缸及馬桶。警方拘捕曹婦，翻看閉路電視發現美洁上周六晚回家後一直沒出現，相信她於周日期間在劏房內遭人用菜刀殺害及肢解，並疑有人吸食冰毒後精神失常，但鄰居未有聽聞呼叫聲，不排除有人先將美洁弄暈再下手。 art_end.gif

Sometimes I find our law is just too kind to these people. If they bully someone till death, then just hanging them is not a fair punishment to the victim because that victim suffers more leh.

 

We should subject them to bullying till death and then remove organs for transplant. Because the victim did not select to be bullied and die whilst they choose to do it on others. :a-aggressive:

She must have some sort of mental illness ...

 

I really can't imagine how can anyone do such a thing to their own flesh and blood. An accidental murder in the heat of the moment, yeah maybe. Hiding a body in the forest, yeah sure.

 

But doing all this to your own kid including mutilating her body to such an extent. It's really at the level whereby your sanity must have snapped.

F**ker should not be jailed for 28 years. Should just give him 5 years - equivalent to the time he raped the child. But 5 years of torture, equivalent to the 5 years of torture the child went through.

 

Put him on a drip, make sure he does not die, and torture him jialat jialat everyday for 5 years.

SINGAPORE - For seven years, a girl suffered almost daily sexual abuse at the hands of her mother's lover, a man she called "shu shu", or uncle, the High Court heard on Monday (Feb 26).

 

In the beginning, when she was seven to eight years old, the girl told her mother that he was molesting her but realised it was futile when the woman got angry with her instead and did not intervene.

 

Years later, the man, who was married to another woman, progressed to raping her and forcing her to perform oral sex on him - sometimes in broad daylight while others were at home. She became so conditioned by his abuse that she automatically took off her clothes when he summoned her.

 

When she was 13, she decided she could no longer endure the abuse. After going to the police, the girl found herself being abandoned by her mother, who has been visiting the man in prison every other week.

 

On Monday, the 47-year-old man was sentenced to 34 years' jail and the maximum 24 stokes of the cane after he pleaded guilty to four charges of statutory rape. Another 17 charges - of statutory rape, molestation, committing an indecent act, and sexual penetration of a minor - were taken into consideration.

 

He cannot be named to protect her identity.

 

 

The court heard that after his arrest, the man told police that the girl had seduced him and flirted with him by eating ice cream and bananas in a provocative manner.

 

"This is one of the most heinous cases which we have ever seen," Deputy Public Prosecutor David Khoo said as he urged the court to send out a strong deterrent message to protect the young and vulnerable.

 

The DPP noted that despite having a wife and a mistress, the man was not satisfied and even raped his mistress' child, "robbing her of her innocence".

 

The man is married with a son but has been in an affair with the girl's divorced mother since 2006. From 2010 to 2014, the girl was sent to live with the man's family during the school holidays.

 

He began molesting her at his flat and brazenly dared the girl to tell her mother. The girl did tell her mother, who quarrelled with the man, but the confrontations did nothing to stop the abuse.

 

The girl only realised the acts were wrong after attending sex education classes in Primary 5, but did not know how to deal with the problem.

 

In 2014, the jobless man told the girl's mother to move in with his family, so that he can "take care of them". He relied on his wife to support the family and got a monthly allowance from the girl's mother, who sometimes paid $350 a month to his wife for household expenses.

 

After mother and daughter moved in, the abuse escalated to rape and oral sex.

 

If the girl was unwilling, he would fly into a rage. "She felt very lousy about herself and just let the accused abuse her daily," the DPP told the court.

 

She feared angering the man as he was controlling and prone to violent outbursts.

 

He assaulted his wife and the girl's mother when he was angry or drunk; and hit the girl when she tried to protect her mother from him or when he was angered that she had male friends at school. He even installed tracking software on their phones.

 

In 2016, the man's wife decided that she had had enough and filed for divorce. She also left the flat with their son. The man then moved into his lover's flat and the abuse continued.

 

Once, the girl's mother saw her taking the man's clothes and asked him if he was going to have sex with her daughter. The man assured the woman that they were just taking a shower together, but he raped the girl inside the toilet.

 

Eventually, the girl sought help from the rapist's wife, who referred her to a social worker. The social worker took her to lodge a police report on June 29, 2016.

 

When the girl's mother learnt of this, the man told her that he was "forced" to rape the girl because he wanted to take revenge on her (mistress) and his wife for gossiping about him.

 

He sought forgiveness from the girl's mother, took $800 from her, and spent the next four days evading arrest before surrendering himself to the police.

 

He told the police that the victim was sexually experienced and had seduced him.

 

On Monday, DPP Khoo said the man had wrecked the girl's life and caused a rift between her and her mother.

 

The girl, who is now 15 and living with her maternal grandmother, feels very insecure about herself and worries about being judged by others, said the DPP. "She misses her mother," he said.

How come the mother don't need to go to jail?

 

Cos by right she should go to hell together with the man.

 

But the girl could obviously do with motherly love - not that it has been or is forthcoming now, and can only hope that there can be a miracle somehow...

The mother doesn't love the girl. Keeping her out of jail isn't going to change that.
