Work in Ubi for the past 7 yrs. Yes, long time never see "red flag". Used to see him chit chat with fong kim boss and rode his "red flag" along paya lebar road towards geylang.

 

Once a kind hearted TP on blinker and rode slowly behind him escort him all the way back to Ubi.

If you notice, it's always lao uncle like to ride this kind of electric bike.

 

They are too bloody lazy to walk or ride a regular bicycle.

 

Since they are lao already, I guess they want to meet their maker earlier.

2009 got electic scooter meh? Seems like the eScooter only luanched in recent years leh.

The brand of  http://escooter.sg/ only registered in year 2015. That means the latest date should be 2013.

So I saw this fella on his electric scooter squeezing between me and a big ass bus... was thinking he's going to get into trouble soon if he continues riding like that... sheesh... cutting across a bus like that in his blind spot... even my 5 yr old twins know that they're too small to be seen before a bus and need to raise their hands.

 

Anyways... not this fella... didn't think too much about it until a couple of minutes later. Heard the shouting and from the corner of my eyes, I could see the uncle in green tees tackling him... looks like the fool in his scooter pissed off a few people by that bus stand.

Red flag nowadays on motorized wheelchair which I think is much more safer for him. But sometimes still can see him on his motorized wheelchair along Ubi road 1. Nowadays he at 城隍庙 sell big sweep and 4D.
