You sure or not?

Many car owners are also renewing their COEs for the past year.

A technician in a big car workshop told me that their volume was coming down in recent months.

My mech say they don't earn much from normal repairs or servicing... what they earn is when people modify their cars and there are less and less people modifying cars

A well maintained manual car with genuine low mileage belonging to a Bro here.

Faster grab if keen, before he scraps it, which is a waste because -

1) Such a well maintained 2-owner manual car is hard to come by

2) Many new parts

3) Low risk - asking price is near paper value. Get back pro rated COE if want to sell/scrap after a few years

4) Only $5K annual depreciation

my mech ask me don't renew but i renew... should i trust them? They still taking good care of my car haha

do you trust them?

You better pray hard that your Ws continue to have good business, there are only a few good men. No matter how good your mech skills, doing a good honest business will not guaranteed survival in these days; ie those can survive may not be entirely good men as we think

best solution is have 2. renew the camry and buy a new car. then you can start a new topic to compare new vs 10year old renew car on which is better. hahahah

Big family with 2 camrys can adopt this strategy. One old, one new.

It's very low risk - anytime want to sell or scrap, can get back pro rated COE value.

And in this instance where the owner is a slave to his car, it's a safe bet.

With the current PQP at only 32k. I think its going to be tough to sell it. Edited by Acapulco

Special repairs are also from damaging cars that are not damaged contribute to their kpi

E.g. jerking the car to cause transmission failure

Have a Kia picanto for sale here.

Engine oil is leaking, have to top up with fresh oil every 2 3 months. On board “time clock” is faulty keep resetting itself to 1pm.

Current paper value is about 18K due to COE renewal earlier.

Mileage ; 65k

Tyres still good to go with 13 inch rims. Interested parties do PM me, not in a rush to sell
