Actually, I find sharing steamboat an unhygienic practice; there're always double dipping of food or utensils into the pot & sauces. Maybe I hv been eating steamboat the wrong way. Who double dip into pot? & don't they hv individual sauces? But, I do agree abt the canister type of steamboat. See those svc staff esp PRC handle, really dono the condition.
