Starting a new thread, cos can't wait for new season to start, w/o BR !

Anyone still supporting BR?

On what grounds can we still support BR?

I have never seen our Pool lost 6-1 to such a team called Stoke?

If this isn't called humiliation, I don't know what to say?

FSG, can you see what happen? Time to say bye bye to BR...

Pls, I don't want to see us relegated next season!

Looking forward to pre-season, with sacking of BR first and foremost ....

I think part of FSG consideration of sacking BR is the compensation they have to pay him. After the good run the previous season, they gave him a new contract which i am sure had a huge increase in salary. So sacking him now might cost a few million pounds.

Of course another consideration is who to replace? How sure can they be that he will be better? We already changed so many managers from GH to RB. Woy and even King Kenny....but still stuck in a rut. And the rut will go deeper and deeper as everytime we have a gem, the gem is immediately poached. Recently even unpolished gem also can think that he too good for pool. SG now become the icon of why good players should NOT stay in pool.

From what I heard from my son that Pool was 5 - 0 down during first half, I immediately know that its players revoke ..... [sly]

With such a strong midfeild (7 midfielders) playing and can lost control to Stroke, soemthing is not right ... :a-t9412:

Mid field can bypass . . . lob long balls gao liao.

I bet they can't even beat LionsVII, so 6-1 to Stoke is no big deal but at least fight to keep 5th spot.

BR: Then your surname should be Cannot

From the outfield players, i thought Pool had fielded almoast tge A team, less a recognisable out-out striker.

But alas, what a result.

I agreed that he is no longer has the right to lead the Team. >>>SACK BR<<<<<

With FSG we will continue to have unproven manager and average player. Sack all players except Philipe coutiho, sktel and lucas.

I told someone pool match is 5-0 score at half time.... he ask me who score for pool....

Lol.

Lost the dressing room. That's much pretty clear. U don't fall to 6-1 defeats to Stoke anyhow.

Sorry BR, that was a shameful result and rout. Pool might as well play in Conference North with that kind of standard.

Lost that extra few millions to BR is better than can't attracting any new talents to Pool due to the presence of BR...

What is extra millions if we ganna relegated ...

Haiz...don't know whether FSG watching or not...

Our players are not playing for BR liao...

What is being said about him already said Liao. I am not going to talk about the manager coz I feel ashamed talking about him.

Coming next season whoever comes in have to restore the players' and supporters' confidence. We talk about having stability but it's difficult now if the club is moving backwards. Changes have to be made not just in managerial level but also in the way players are recruited and signed. Using the name of liverpool and yet not paying market rate will not attract top players. Continue to just sign potential players will not work if they leave or wanted to leave the very first instance they fulfill some potential.

A player might come because of the wages offer but in the long run he will leave if ambition is not fulfilled. So even if the club pay top wages, the club also need to offer substained and continueous challenges to league and cups every season.

There is talk of having a DOF. But what is the point if we are still having the above problems? So to me this is not essential given the problems we have. We need to challenge every year. We need a manager who will make the best out of his available resources given liverpool cannot pay top dollar. From there we start to earn more revenues and attract better players and continue from there.

Do you all think sterling not renewing contract is because of BR rather than money

Both.

Even if we get a world class elite manager, we'll still be only talking about a challenge for fourth. And without more $$, I can't see us challenging seriously for the title.

I don't blame him for leaving though i don't think he's good enough to be a top team regular starter. He doesn't see a future at LFC obviously. Haha can't blame him.

Possible. There was a hint from if I am not wrong a BBC reporter.

So eventually did we qualify for the Europa? I read somewhere we do while another stated we need to depend on the FA cup result. Too disheartening go and read up pool news. I will avoid all media articles for the next few weeks.
