They do teach to follow traffic rules and watch out, raise hand while crossing, but not like this case dashing diagonally

This kinda of things hard to control, you can teach the kids all the right stuff. but when it comes to execution, some like to act gungho or just bochap.

This one like blindly follow then realised it and tried to go back on the correct path.

that is why when I spot a child is in the vicinity I tend to be very wary. Never know what they will do...
