What's the main diff between what C&C offers as "GLC 250 Coupe" vs what PI offers as "GLC 250 Coupe AMG Line" ?

What are main features or spec difference between the 2 offerings?

Thanks in advance.

No way you can tell the difference. Every PI and every PI car is unique. There is no standard "offers" from PI.

Ask your PI for the equipment list printout and go C&C do a comparison.

Off the top of my head, look at these few things:

1) the steering wheel - normal round or D-shaped AMG steering

2) LED headlamps vs Intelligent LED

3) Artico leather vs genuine leather

4) Ambient lights

5) TPMS (ABS vs rim sensors)

6) dash/ door lining stitching vs injection molded dash

7) Acoustic glass vs normal glass

8) Audio 20 vs Comand

9) Burmeister vs normal speakers

10) sunroof vs no sun roof

11) Keyless entry vs non

12) handsfree boot opening

13) rear boot ciggy lighter sockets vs non

Thanks for your detailed input.

Another question folks.. is the Facelift version going to rollout soon for the GLC 250 Coupe ? I understand there is currently a lag time from order to delivery. Not sure if the FL is worth the wait.

Decide if you are going for PI ready stock or C&C indent first.

Then worry about the pre-FL vs FL.

From what I understand about C&C booking system, you pay deposit so that C&C can reserve a build order slot for you from Germany factory. The lead from booking to delivery can take between 6 to 9 mths on average.

After placing your booking fee, there is a period whereby you can still make changes to your orders, eg. add options or change colours. Once your car starts production, it is locked in.

The lock in period is about 2-3 mths before your estimated delivery.

So the question about pre-FL vs FL, you can simply ask the SE which version are you placing your booking for. And when the booking for FL will be open. prices will be different for sure.

What are the differences with the FL?

Still no news of an all-digital cockpit?

Headlamps, tail-lamps go toward the CLS/A class looks.

Bumper slight revised

Interior the touch pad might be updated to the newer flatter ones. Steering might be the current generation steering wheel. Just look at the w205 c class interior for idea.

All digital cockpit will be the next generation model.change.

I thought GLC 250 Coupe by CnC will have the higher spec of this list but here's what CnC will provide as default...

- round steering wheel

- Intelligent LED

- ambient light

- TPMS (didnt check/ask)

- Dash door lining stitching (didnt notice)

- Acoustic glass for front

- Audio 20

- Normal speaker

- No sunroof

- Keyless

- handsfree boot

- rear boot city socket

Yes. As I always say here, do your homework before buying. Choose with full knowledge rather than be attracted to lower price and start justifying your choice after the purchase.

This is especially true with GLC as it is a very popular conti model PIs like to bring in.

Noticed units from PI don't have the following normally :

- Acoustic Glass in front

- Intelligent LED

- Touchpad

Other than the above, they are quite similar

For the PI units, typically their AMG line only has stitching on the doors and central console but not on the top of the dashboard.
