Please help! Seek witnesses with camera footage

Hi, my brother's car was hit by a taxi last Friday night, 12 June 2015, at about 11.15pm, 34 South Bouna Vista Road.

 

Taxi stopped at the road side. My bro filter right to pass him then he suddenly turn right to the shophouses without checking and my bro hit onto him after jamming break.

 

Now, the taxi driver wants to claim insurance and put all the blame on my bro. So, I'm seeking for any witnesses who were there to come forward with video evidence.

I think in this case its your brother's fault. Overtaking on the opposite site is illegal, therefore i think witness with the footage will all the more point the fault all your brother.

There's a single continuous white line. Your bro suppose to stop behind the taxi. Overtaking is not allowed in this case.

I almost kenna before also, same type of road, i waiting to turn right into side road, already have right turn signal on, idiot van tried to overtake when it was clear for me to make the turn. If i langgar him he sure fly into the nearby house.

Read with a pinch of salt since it's one sided. Can see the taxi pah right turn signal but TS claim taxi stop by the roadside. Who to believe?

 

If the taxi were to be parked by the roadside and swerve suddenly the pics wouldn't have made sense when the Wish is on the other lane. How can it be so far off?
