Using this as a case study and based on UK precedent cases. If park outside lot gives good reason for 3rd parties to damage car and refute the case as he was out in his lot marginally?

Actually TS can report to TP as a witness for a hit-and-run case.. Provided he dun mind the trouble.. One afternoon when I go to my car, saw my front license plate was dented, hanging loosely on the bumper.. Sad.. Luckily bumper suffered only minor scratches.. But I always believe in retribution, no point getting upset for too long..

Recently my car gf car also kenna hit n run in carpark.... knn ... but just suck it up and go repair... hope hit n run driver slip on wet floor and fall down on butt plug

Maybe the Accord driver did manage to contact the owner of this Wish and eventually settle it privately. If that's the case, why is there a need to contact TS to be witness?
