I just received my gift pack today but your letter mentioned about MCF Car Mat, which I received none.

I only received the letter, accident kit, car decal and an advert card about complimentary 3-mth digital subscription to torque magazine.

 

Are you able to resend the MCF Car Mat?

Still getting the same thing. Is that supposed to be a loading bar, or a popup kind of window? I tried on both Internet Explorer and Chrome with the same result.
