simplified summary of JDM X model vs BM Standard, in addition to the general differences between PI and AD Sienta. 

 

JDM X model

- LED headlamps

- smart entry and start system

- Vehicle Stability Control and Hill Start Assist Control

 

BM Standard

- Halogen headlamps

- key crank ignition

 

*list is not exhaustive

 

any BM Standard owners can correct me if i am wrong as my info is based on BM's Sienta brochure in Oct 2017.

It will be difficult to compare against BM this way.. 

 

JDM itself has multiple combinations.

You have to permutate the following for JDM:

- model (Hybrid, Petrol 2WD, 4WD, Welcab)

- 6 or 7 seaters

- grade (X, G, V)

- options (LED, smart entry, NAVI, Super UV)

 

Whereas BM only offer either Standard or Elegance.

 

That's like 96 (JDM) variations vs 2 (BM)

thanks but the context of my previous post was to answer a forummer's query on the difference between Standard and Elegance models. if i had listed all the features of Elegance model it would be a long one haha...

If dun wan all these t&c then get a Hyundai cos they dun care a hoot abt all these requirements, full cash they also say xie xie ni .

BM req take loan (min 50k, 4 years) and insurance (AXA) . Without loan, add 2.4k. Without insurance, add 500. They dun require trade in.

potentially lower FC and inaccurate odo...

Lower FC is the trade off for upsizing tyre size. To minimize Odo inaccuracy, use the correct tyre profile. Tyre calculators will help. Offset and rim size plays a part too.
