Forget the warranty, just buy 2 and replace immediately if spoilt. Almost zero down time. But reliability is there. Mine has been spinning for an average of 12-15 hours a day for 5.5 years. I have quite a few KDK (or Panasonic knock-offs) too.... not knockoffs lah, its rebranding so for bros who do not want to travel to JB to buy cheaper, just get Panasonic. About 20% cheaper I think.
