Mitsubishi ASX

I checked with Mitsubishi S'pore, they do not carry any accessories for the ASX.

The former Raillart showroom at Alexandra no longer operates.

Don't waste your time checking with them!

Never tried buying from Mitsubishi Malaysia, they have showrooms in JB.

BTW, newer ASX for M'sia is assembled there, S'pore version is imported from Japan.

The ASX 2.0L is available in Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand and some other countries.

In USA, it is called Mitsubishi Outlander Sport.

You can try to order online from China online shops eg. Aliexpress.

They have lots of accessories for the ASX.

Not driving it yet!

Booked the ASX in February before CNY.

COE bidding just ended today and I was not successful in getting COE.

It is already my third COE bid!

The car is alright, just that I do not like the rear boot loading area - it is flush with the boot compartment edge.

Things inside can slide out of the car when you open the boot and are not careful.

Also the car does not have a reverse gear / mirror tilt down feature.

This feature is quite useful as it allows you to view the parking lot markings when you are reversing into a car park lot.

But it does have a reversing camera which is useful to have.

But the thing I like is that it is not too wide and it is easier to open the doors when you park in between two cars.

Some SUVs are too wide and very hard to open the doors in such situations.

How did u find out that you are not successful in today's Coe bid? And what price did your SE bid for u?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed as today's bid is my first.

You can check the LTA website for the price they bid for you.

For your first bid, it will be a bit difficult to secure a COE.

I already on third bid and did not manage to get the COE.

I send you pte message, not appropriate to post here.

Enjoy your ride!

Getting really angry with C&C!

Feel like complaining to them!

Fuming mad now!

I rented this car while I was in Sydney last month with wife and drove from Sydney to Port Macquarie then to Brisbane and finally to Gold /Coast. The drive along the Pacific Highway is quite leisurely and enjoyable. This car handling is quite good. Fuel consumption is about 12 - 13km/l. The ride comfort is a little bumpy over humps but all in all I am happy with the ride. But this could be due to the shorter wheel base. The price is really enticing and good value for a car like this. Unfortunately, the size is still a bit small for me. Leg room in driver's seat is shorter than I expect of a 2L car, despite me pushing the driver seat all the way back. At 1.74m, I am not really a tall person. All in all, I would still recommend this car to a friend. [:)]

Heh heh heh, what a joke! I am not so optimistic.

Do not think I will get the COE on the 4th & 5th bids in April.

The AD will probably wait until the 6th bid before they try to secure the COE for me.

So can only show you my new car in May, provided I manage to get the COE!

If the AD cannot get the COE, then I should be entitled to get a refund and cancel the order.

Hope that it does not end up that way.

Turbocharged

Clement,

You should be able to secure your ride sooner than later. AD is clearing stock. If not you can wait for new 2017 model.

Not sure when reaching our shores.

Cat B COE price today was $47,000 nice number.

Finally got the COE on the fourth attempt!

It surely took longer than I had expected.

Looking forward to collecting the car by month end.

Cheers!

Mit Asx 99,999 liao... any catch?

Good buy! However, u may want to check with the SE on how much they are bidding for your Coe based on this price. SE may ask u to top up for guaranteed package (I'm guessing).
