Visited the Netherlands recently.  When I have the time I will sort out the videos and put up more stuff.  But first, check this Public House of Art.  I thought this was like in the red light district, but this was NOT the red light district.

EasyJet is a low-cost European airline.  I think they have a hub in Amsterdam because I saw so many EasyJet planes.  Watch the passengers disembark and walk to the terminal building.

I read that they strictly enforced no photography in the red light district and one of my friends was stopped before.  You were quite lucky to be able to take videos there

Walking in downtown, Den Haag (the Hague).  The shopping streets are pedestrianized.

Had dinner at a restaurant in The Hague called Alexander the Hague.  They do a 3 course menu for 25 Euros.

Took a morning walk outside the hotel I was staying at and spotted these 2 beautiful swans swimming along the canal.  Very peaceful. Wonder what they would tell me, if they could talk.

At night,  the streets of The Hague are really quiet.  Takes some getting used to.  The streets felt very safe though, perhaps because we are still in a very central area.

There was this blue lit building next to our hotel.  Turned out that it was a gym/spa.  I also saw a boat go by.

Ok, let's talk about Heineken, which is rather popular in Singapore too.  These videos save you the trip of ever visiting the Heineken Experience.  The cost to enter was 18 Euros, if you purchase at the attraction itself.  I bought my ticket for 16 Euros are some tourist shop opposite my hotel.

Part 1 - Entering the Heineken Experience Building

Part 2 - Beer production video and tasting

Part 3 - Personalizing your bottle for 6.50Euros

Part 4 -Heineken Experience Games Area

Part 5 - Getting Heineken Beer Extra Cold!

Cheers!

Glad you found it interesting.

In Holland, they are a nation of cyclists.  It is wonderful to watch a road junction.  Check this out.  Everything moving in perfect harmony. Cars, buses, trams, bicycles and pedestrians.   This is something we can learn from the Dutch.

In the Hague, the hotel I stayed in was called Hilton the Hague.  Pretty good, no complaints.  Here is the standard hotel room.

Breakfast was a buffet.  You could order fried eggs, omelette or pancakes.  Overall, breakfast was very good.  Ate too much.
